In our air purifier, a distinction is made between the supply air hose and the exhaust air hose.
The larger supply air hose is placed close to the dust source and can extract the dust in a more targeted manner.
The smaller exhaust air hose prevents unwanted dust turbulence when blowing out the filtered air in the dusty work area. It is therefore advisable to discharge the air through a dust protection wall.
The hoses therefore allow the air to be routed over the specified distance. A certain loss of performance due to the hoses cannot be avoided.
The construction air purifier has a two-stage filter system with pre-filter and main filter. The pre-filter protects the main filter from coarse dirt and reduces its wear. The pre-filter is more of a disposable product and should therefore be changed frequently, even daily in very dusty environments.
The main filter is certified as HEPA 13. The service life depends on how often the pre-filter is changed and the amount of dust the construction air purifier is exposed to. Even occasional cleaning of the main filter cannot prevent the fine pores of the filter material from becoming clogged.
As a rule of thumb, the main filter should also be replaced after approx. 10 used pre-filters. An indication that the filters need to be cleaned or replaced is when the red warning light on the control panel of the construction air purifier lights up. It indicates that the air flow is severely impaired.
The Aeroxx 750 was developed for small to medium-sized rooms. The larger the rooms, the lower the air exchange rate (circulation of the entire room air).
To ensure that the air is sufficiently filtered, the air exchange rate should not fall below 10 to 15. This corresponds to rooms of 14-20 m². The effectiveness is also visible in larger rooms, but can be increased to the recommended air exchange rate at any time by adding a second or third device.

The power output of the socket of the first appliance enables up to 10 appliances to be connected in series. This ensures perfect air exchange even in larger/open rooms.
Construction air cleaners filter the dust-laden room air during construction work. As construction dust is hazardous to health, the fine dust that gets into the air during sanding or sawing work must also be combated, despite extraction from power tools by certified construction dust extractors. A construction air cleaner is therefore always a safe addition to a construction dust extractor.
Of course, it is also the first choice for freehand or demolition work when a construction dust extractor cannot be used.
When using construction air purifiers, it is advisable to close the doors and windows or install dust protection walls to achieve a higher air exchange rate. For recirculation operation, the construction air purifier is placed in the work area and the air is drawn through the filter, but also filtered and discharged in the same room.
Negative pressure operation achieves the best results, but only works if the room is sealed off as airtight as possible (dust protection walls, masking air openings, etc.). A negative pressure in the working area is created by extracting the air and simultaneously discharging it via the hose into the adjacent room or by integrating the construction air cleaner into the dust protection wall.
